Raphael is an executive coach and business advisor with experience in strategic planning, commercial execution, operational processes, and leadership development. He applies his background in operations and executive management to support senior executives.
With over 25 years of industry experience in operations, finance, and marketing, Raphael has worked on customer experience initiatives, stakeholder engagement, organizational growth, and business restructuring. He has held leadership, corporate officer, and board positions at companies in the United States and Europe, including serving as president and CEO of Ketjen Corporation, a chemical manufacturing company based in Houston with a global presence. Raphael has also been a Senior Advisor to Egon Zehnder, a leadership advisory firm, a Strategic Advisor to Emergent Method, a consulting firm, and has held executive roles at Albemarle Corporation, Rockwood Specialties GmbH, The Dow Chemical Company, Rohm and Haas Company, The Campbell Soup Company, and AT&T.
As an executive coach and advisor, Raphael leverages his experience to support leadership development and advise organizations undergoing change.
